“硫酸泵”开裂，谁要负责？
2003年3月15日，一工人在宁波一家制药厂打工，厂里有一台硫酸泵，因为是离心泵，所以在出口阀关闭的情况下起动该泵。但结果该泵破裂了，并泄漏大量硫酸，万幸的是没有伤到人。
厂里的工程师说完全是该工人的责任。现在就是想了解一下，究竟是不是该工人的责任？需要说明的是这台“硫酸泵”是增强聚丙烯耐腐蚀泵。
